Duct & Air Hygiene

We send the robot where people can’t go.

Risers, small-bore ducts and runs above occupied ceilings are often impossible to clean by hand without cutting openings. Our purpose-built duct robot — with a 3D-printed body, onboard camera and compressed-air nozzle — enters through existing access points, cleans as it travels and records every metre for your file. For vertical risers we pair it with drill-driven rotary brushes on extension rods. Fewer openings, less disruption, full evidence.

Vertical ducts and pipes running through a plant space
01

Minimal disruption

Works through existing diffusers, louvres and access panels — no new openings in finished ceilings.

02

Reaches the unreachable

The robot drives long horizontal runs and plenums, or is lowered into shafts from above. Vertical risers are brushed from below on extension rods.

03

Every metre on video

Onboard camera footage gives you proof of condition before and after cleaning.

How we work

Our process

  1. 01

    Isolate & open

Units are switched off, filters removed and the existing access point opened.

  2. 02

    Deploy the robot

The robot drives along horizontal runs, or is lowered down a shaft on a tether, while its camera records the path.

  3. 03

    Blow & extract

Compressed air dislodges deposits; the HEPA vacuum captures them at the opening.

  4. 04

    Treat

With the exhaust running, anti-microbial duct treatment is sprayed so it is drawn up and coats the riser.

  5. 05

    Seal & restart

Housings are dried and re-sealed; the system is restarted and checked.
