Duct & Air Hygiene

Clean air starts inside the duct.

Dust, debris and biological growth collect inside ductwork, plenums and risers over time and are blown straight back into the occupied space. We remove contamination at the source — brushing, compressed-air agitation and HEPA vacuuming — then treat surfaces with anti-microbial products that help resist regrowth of bacteria, fungi and mould.

01

Healthier occupants

Removes the dust and microbial load that drives allergies, odours and sick-building complaints.

02

Better airflow

Clean ducts, coils and diffusers restore design airflow and reduce fan energy.

03

Documented compliance

Photo and video evidence for every run supports audits, accreditation and insurance.

How we work

Our process

  1. 01

    Inspect

CCTV and visual inspection records the baseline condition of each run.

  2. 02

    Protect & isolate

Units are isolated, floors and furniture protected, and the work area sealed.

  3. 03

    Agitate & extract

Rotary brushes and compressed air dislodge debris under HEPA-filtered negative air.

  4. 04

    Treat

An anti-microbial treatment is applied to duct and plenum surfaces to resist microbial regrowth.

  5. 05

    Close-out & verify

Panels are sealed, systems restarted and the after condition is recorded.
