Testing & Inspection
Know what your people are breathing.
We measure indoor air against the DOSH Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality 2010 and ASHRAE 62.1 — from CO₂, temperature and humidity to particulates, VOCs and airborne bacteria and fungi. Results are compared to limits, root causes are traced back to the HVAC system, and you get a clear plan to fix them.

Regulatory confidence
Assessment aligned to ICOP-IAQ limits and the OSH Act 1994.
Root-cause answers
We connect readings to ventilation, filtration and duct hygiene issues.
Healthier, sharper teams
Fresh, well-ventilated air reduces fatigue, headaches and absenteeism.

How we work
Our process
- 01
Walk-through
We review complaints, occupancy and the HVAC layout.
- 02
Sample
Calibrated instruments record readings across representative zones.
- 03
Compare
Results are measured against ICOP-IAQ and ASHRAE limits.
- 04
Recommend
Practical fixes — from filter upgrades to duct cleaning or rebalancing.
Questions
What limits do you assess against?
We use the DOSH ICOP-IAQ 2010 acceptable limits — for example, below 500 CFU/m³ for airborne bacteria and 1,000 CFU/m³ for fungi — alongside ASHRAE 62.1 ventilation guidance. Typical comfort targets are CO₂ at or below 1,000 ppm, 23–26 °C and 40–70% relative humidity.
